Carlisle Family Connect

Carlisle Family Connect (Parents & Citizens) aims to connect families through experiences and opportunities for all to enjoy. Their work is fuelled by the generosity of volunteering and good will within the community.

The Carlisle Family Connect is a group of highly committed parents and community members, just like yourselves, who work to create experiences and opportunities for our kids and their families. Put simply, Carlisle Family Connect is you.

There are many ways you can support the Carlisle Family Connect through donations of your personal time and/or skills to assist with events, donations of goods to support these events; and, commitment to support and get your students involved with the opportunities available throughout the year.

The Carlisle Family Connect also provide an opportunity, through a termly meeting, to hear about what is going on in and around the school, the chance to ask questions, and importantly provide thoughts and feedback on what’s happening at Carlisle.

All parents are welcome and encouraged to join us at any time of the year. If you are interested in finding out more about how you can actively support the Carlisle Family Connect team, please get in touch with any committee member.

Volunteering is the best way you can support your Carlisle Family Connect and your child.

Carlisle Family Connect also holds many events throughout the year for fundraising. As we are a non-profit organisation, all funds raised by Carlisle Family Connect are invested in creating new experiences for our students and their families.

Our Mission

To promote the interests of the school through fostering the cooperation between parents, teachers, students, and members of the Carlisle community. We do this by assisting with the provision of additional funds to purchase resources, improve facilities, and upgrade amenities within the school. We also create ways to foster community interest and engagement in all facets of primary school education.

The students and their families are always at the heart of what Carlisle Family Connect does.

Initiative One

Create opportunities for parents to learn about the school’s policies, programs, and additional offerings.

Initiative Two

Organise ways for parents to connect with and contribute to the development of school policies.

Initiative Three

Connect parents and families to share information, learn from one another, and create social cohesion across the community through organising events and experiences that help raise funds for the school.
